· Transferred to new department : planning

· Report duty to en manan

· All works and jobs in planning department is explained

· Also being introduced to schematic diagram reading, software used in planning

· A-form (application form) flow procedure :

o Contractor will make a new application

o Register to TNB clerk

o Register to technical executive department

o Estimation – site,LKKK

o Planning executive will approve the estimation

o Continuation cost receipt will be issued by consumer executive department

o Work order

o Construction department will construct site according to plan

o Consumer executive department

o Meter department

· During estimate, a rep from planning department will go to each site to see and plan how to supply current to consumer at the particular site

· Supply must be taken from the nearest pole( or nearest substation)

· For consumer which is upgrading their supply (often upgrading from single phase to three phase), the estimation is considered as servis sedia ada

· Walk meter is also used.

· It is used if a new building or new construction is far from any poles. Usually in remote areas.

· The reading at the walk meter is taken and is written on the map given by contractor. The reading is in m.

· The planning’s work will be based on the measurement.
